Headed out at 4 p.m. for Kruger. Started our evening safari at 5 p.m. Things went well at the beginning – we saw a few Giraffes, a large herd of Cape Buffalo, and some Impala and Kudu, but at dark the fun stopped. We spent two hours driving slowly with lights playing to each side but the only animal eyes we picked up were Impala. Saw a couple of wild cats (house type) and chased a bunny down the road. The driver was not very fluent in English so our evening wasn’t terribly educational either.
