Sorry for the delay folks! Spent a very frustrating day - despite bringing a selection of adaptors, two of which were labelled good for Africa, we could not connect to the African power receptacles. The lodge had lent out all of theirs as well. So we walked about two kilometres to the nearest shopping centre and bought two more adaptors. Walked back - they didn't work either. Back to the lodge and begged - they loaned us one of the adaptors from their office and here we are.
Weather is not what we expected! Winter in Kruger looks much like summer in Stoney Creek - daytime highs in the upper twenties, nighttime lows in the mid teens. Beautiful sunny days with no clouds. Hard to take!
